2. After we have ruled out the problem of the film, we should check whether there is a problem with the ink system. We can use a very simple method to check the ink system. First, we use car wash water (water can be added) to clean the ink system thoroughly. After parking We should check whether there are white crystalline particles in the ink path. If we find such substances, the discoloration may be the local discoloration of the printed matter produced by the crystalline substance. This discoloration is often more manifested. If the discoloration of the printed matter has already occurred, we should not start to draw conclusions about the problem of the printing machine itself, we should first look for the reason around the printing machine, we should first use a magnifying glass to observe the dots on the printing plate, and check whether it has The deformation of the dots that appear, if it is found that the dots have been deformed on the printing plate, then we should check the film to rule out the problem when the film is released.

4. Check the condition of the paper loading, including the adjustment of the paper loading air, the flatness of the paper on the front gauge, the cooperation between the paper and the paper pressing piece, the operation of the paper feeding belt, etc. After there is no problem with the ink path system, we check the condition of the water path, and adjust the pressure between the plate water roller, metering roller, water bucket roller, and water channeling roller, especially the pressure of the middle roller, because our technology is not enough Under certain conditions, it is best not to use the intermediate water roller during the printing process.
